领导包括报价在内的财务控制团队，报告和分析工厂关键指标，支持项目报价管理，负责成本中心运行管理。

Lead controlling team including quotation，reporting and analyses of plant specific KPIs，support project quotation management, be responsible for cost center operation management.

职责描述Job Responsibilities：

1.领导包括报价在内的财务控制团队。

Lead controlling team including quotation.

2.报告和分析工厂的关键绩效指标，如盈利能力，资本支出，成本中心，项目控制，成本降低计划。

Reporting and Analyses of Plant specific KPIs, such as Profitability, CAPEX, Cost Centers, Project controlling, Cost Reduction Initiatives.

3.在工厂新项目的申请报价阶段，主导创建成本模型，包括整车和零部件价格的测定。

Leading and creating Cost Modell during the RFQ-Phase of new programs for the plant including the determination of prices for complete vehicles and spare parts.

4.在项目的持续期，维护成本模型并承担财务责任，包括在SAP系统中进行变更管理和计划/报告管理。

Maintaining the Cost Model and taking finical responsibility during the program lifetime including change management and Planning/Reporting in SAP.

5. 持续改进成本中心报告体系和成本模型。

Continues improvements of both Cost Center Reporting Systems and Cost Modell.

6. 为成本中心负责人、项目经理和技术人员提供管理咨询。

Management consultancy for Cost Center Managers, Project Managers and Technicians.

7. 支持项目管理部门进行成本分解和报价，支持与客户谈判及定期的价格调整。

Supporting the Program Management Department when it comes to quotation (CBD) and support negotiations with customers as well as regular alignments on prices.

8.  特殊的及临时的分析。

Special topics and adhoc analyses.

任职要求Job Requirements：

1. 财务或相关专业。

Finance or related majors.

2. 5年以上制造业财务控制或成本核算工作经验，2年以上带领团队的工作经验,汽车行业优先。

5 or more years of work experience in Controlling or Costing in a manufacturing company, 2 or more years of work experience in leading a team. Automobile industrial is preferred.

3. 有建立并提升财务控制和测算体系的经验。

Experience in the development of controlling and calculation systems.

4. 了解美国公认会计准则或国际财务报告准则。

Knowledge of US-GAAP or IFRS accounting standards.

5. 熟练使用SAP系统，有技术背景、Hyperion系统使用经验者优先。

Strong SAP skills needed, technical background，experience with Hyperion would be an advantage. A technical background preferable.

6. 有项目管理经验者优先。

Qualifications in Project/ and Program-Management would be an advantage.

7. 擅于分析，具有概念性和跨系统思维。

Analytical, conceptual and cross system thinking.

8. 有成本意识和服务业务伙伴的意识。

Cost awareness and service/business partner orientation.
