职责描述:
1. 负责招聘需求分析、计划制定和招聘计划周期性维护。
Analyze recruitment request, plan and maintain the recruitment regularly.
2. 负责开发和维护各类招聘渠道,包括招聘网站、猎头、高校、人才派遣公司、政府人才相关部门。
Develop and maintain all recruitment channels such as recruitment websites, headhunters, universities,dispatch agency and government departments.
3. 负责招聘的日常管理,如岗位发布、候选人获取、面试、招聘录用等。
Be responsible for daily management of recruitment, such as vacancies posting, candidate acquisition, interview, employment, etc.
4. 负责员工岗位及岗位说明书管理。
Manage positions and job descriptions.
5. 负责应届毕业生的招聘。
Be responsible for the recruitment of fresh graduates.
6. 负责招聘人才库建设和维护。
Construct and maintain the recruitment talent pool.
7. 负责招聘工作的总结及效果评估,不断优化招聘流程。
Be responsible for the summary and effect evaluation of recruitment, constantly optimize the recruitment process.
任职要求:
1. 人力资源及相关专业。
Human resource or related majors.
2. 3年及以上制造业招聘经验,汽车行业优先。
Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience in manufacturing industry and experience in automotive industry is preferred.
3. 具有系统的人力资源专业理论知识,对招聘工作有较好的认知和理解。
Systematic theoretical knowledge of human resources, good cognition and understanding of recruitment.
4. 良好的沟通技巧,逻辑思维,掌握一定的演讲技巧。
Good communication skills, logical thinking and good presentation skills.
5. 较强的执行力、学习能力、组织能力、项目管理能力,具有良好的抗压性。
Strong executive ability, learning ability, organizing ability, project management ability and good pressure resistance.
6. 熟悉国家劳动相关法律法规。
Familiar with national labor laws and regulations.
