职位描述:
1. 组织建立并完善公司培训体系建设及相关规章制度。
Organize the establishment and improvement of the company's training system and related rules and regulations.
2. 负责组织开展员工的能力评估、组织能力培养建设以及员工职业生涯开发管理工作。
Responsible for organizing and carrying out employee's ability assessment, organizational ability training and construction, and employee career development management.
3. 负责了解企业管理、技术人员的培训需要分析调查,并制定相应的整体培训计划,组织培训的实施并定期将执行情况向上级汇报。
Responsible for the analysis and investigation of the training needs of enterprise management and technical personnel, and formulate the corresponding overall training plan, organize the implementation of the training and report the implementation to the superior on a regular basis.
4. 负责公司培训信息平台的维护管理,做好培训档案的管理。
Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's training information platform, and manage the training files.
5. 制定培训预算的编制与调查分析管理,呈交审批,并定期向上级汇报培训费用的开支情况。
Develop training budget preparation and investigation, analysis and management, submit it for approval, and regularly report training expenses to superiors.
6. 其他上级安排的相关工作。

职位资格:
1.人力资源及相关专业
Human resource or related major
2.3年以上制造业培训经验,汽车行业优先
At least 3 years training experience in manufacturing industry,Automotive Industry is preferred
3.可在英语环境中开展工作。
Be able to work in an English speaking environment.
4.系统掌握人力资源管理、企业管理专业知识,了解本企业运作状况和产品状况。
Master the professional knowledge of human resource management and enterprise management systematically, and understand the operation status and product status of the enterprise.
5.全面掌握培训管理和职业生涯管理方面的知识和管理工具。
Comprehensively master the knowledge and management tools in training management and career management.
6.掌握人力资源开发的特点及相关业务流程与运作方式。
Know the characteristics of human resource development and related business processes and operation methods.
7.具有良好的公文写作能力、办公自动化技能, 良好的计划管理和项目管理能力。
Have good document writing skills, office automation skills, good planning management and project management skills.
8.有较强的敏感度和一定的判断能力,善于沟通和协调能力。
Have strong sensitivity and certain judgment ability, good at communication and coordination.
9.能够按照公司要求,收集、分析任职领域的相关资料和信息。
